EuroISPA is managed by its members

EuroISPA was established to achieve several important purposes: • First, to protect and promote the interests of Europe as a whole within the global Internet, securing for Europe a premier position in the key industry of the new Millennium. • Secondly, to help deliver the benefits of this new technology of liberation and empowerment to individuals, while at the same time meeting the legitimate concerns of parents and others responsible for the weaker members of society. • Thirdly, to encourage the development of a free and open telecommunications market, something of great benefit to society as a whole but essential to the healthy development of the Internet. • And finally, to promote the interests of our members and provide common services to them where these cannot be had elsewhere.

Council EuroISPA is managed by its members. Each member designates a representative to the EuroISPA Council. This body meets on a regular basis each quarter and in special sessions as required by the members. The Council appoints each year a group of Officers - a President, one or more Vice Presidents and a Treasurer - who are tasked with fulfilling important duties for the continued functioning of the association. Presidency Council meetings are chaired by the EuroISPA President. The President represents EuroISPA in public forums, and generally acts as EuroISPA's chief spokesman. Secretary General The Council may appoint a Secretary General. The Secretary General is tasked with the day to day administration of EuroISPA's affairs and may represent EuroISPA where so instructed by the Council.
